SaaS platform designed for companies to gather fast, high quality, opt-in feedback from both proprietary and partner-sourced audience networks around the world. - Define the product strategy for key parts of UserTesting and manage the priorities throughout their planning, development, release and beyond. - Gather and prioritise product and customer requirements and define the product vision. - Lead the product team through rapid product experimentation cycles to discover new products and features. - UX and Development sprints coordination. - Analysis, monitoring, and definition of iterations based on hypotheses, data and the market evolution. - Collaborate with functional groups across the company, including design, engineering, marketing, support, operations, etc., to deliver an awesome product. - Ensure revenue, retention, and customer satisfaction goals are met.
